Very impressed with River Motel! Just spent two nights there with my son while mountain biking in Canberra. Very comfortable, clean and well presented. Nice and quiet, pleasant spot easy walking distance to Queanbeyan town centre for food and shopping. Very reasonable tariff also, definitely recommend and would stay again!

This is a great little hotel. Clean,well positioned and Dog friendly. The staff even change towels when you stay for two nights,really good service. I recommend this establishment. Well done guys And Thankyou

Good value motel, good quiet location but other guests can be noisy. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Daily room service was good. My only issue was not enough hot water when motel is full, I had cool shower 2 nights out of the 4 nights we stayed, very low water pressure in the shower. Recommend, would stay again.

Very budget frieendly and decent rooms for a family. Enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I just stayed at the River Motel for the weekend. We found the room very comfy, service was good. I think my only negative would be the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best but the rain shower head was nice. We will definitely look at staying here again.

I stayed here on Friday and Saturday night, I didn’t have a shower until Saturday night. When I went to have a shower I noticed that during cleaning on room change and my room maintenance clean both times they have seemed to have missed the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles from previous people staying. Otherwise stay was very pleasant and nice. Just wanted to give the advice to the cleaners to maybe check the ledge in the shower when they are cleaning

We stayed two nights with our dog. Lovely room. Very close to the park and river which was good for the dog to toilet and walk. Nice staff. Thank you.
