Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Complimented with a really good water heater, which is superb, especially in winter. However, in terms of services, a little bit of communication between their staff could have saved me 45 mins of hassle, and a simple apology could have worked wonders. It turned out the staff forgot to leave our room key in their after hours key box and on ringing their after hours contact number for like 7 times (we arrived at 6.25 pm, missed by just 25 mins), someone answered and kind of blamed us for everything and told us to wait for approx 20 mins so that they could come to the site. On getting there, the lady not even once apologised and very rudely gave us the key and sat back in the car. A simple smile could have worked for us, considering she was the only human face we saw from them.

I've stayed here before and will stay here again I stayed with my dog on the ground floor modern room and bathroom with kitchenette, nice quiet area across from the river...I've recommended it to two online doggy groups .. lovely pet friendly motel...check in and out was easy

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and felt right at home, staff were very friendly and the unit was clean and supplied everything we needed, my favourite being the spa bath, Close walk into town with lots to do in town! Would highly recommend if needing somewhere convenient and for any period of stay.

Have stayed at motel many times. This week stayed at motel and as usual found it very clean and tidy. Rooms were well serviced with coffee, tea and sugar provided. Room also has toaster and jug. Was greeted by a cheery Amy as I picked up my key. She was very helpful explaining wi-fi and other facilities the motel has. The motel is very close to town and club across river. Definitely will stay again.

I booked on line with the motel website & the self check in worked well. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped & the bathroom nicely upgraded. The location was quiet but central to everything - will stay here again.

We were looking for a reasonably priced stay for three nights with our dog. The room was very clean, nicely presented and on the ground floor which was convenient for staying with pets. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic noises which was great. We had no issues with anything while we were there and the ability to check in and out at any hour was really helpful.

We just needed a reasonably priced overnight stay for family, close to amenities and were pleased with what we got. Walking distance to the the Leagues Club and various eateries and shops made it so convenient. The kids play area just across the road and walking paths nearby were a bonus. I used the simple self check in, but still got a welcoming wave from reception and found it inviting should I have needed to go in. Rooms were clean and comfortable, had WIFI and luckily decent shampoo and conditioner because I'd forgotten mine. I would stay again.

Always the best place to stay in town. Large modern rooms close to the CBD with everything you could want and exceptionally well priced. Perfect!
